Lexus questions
Can you programme a Lexus key if I've lost all of them?
In many cases yes, including smart key models, though some newer ones are more restricted. Proof of ownership is required. Call AutoECU with your registration and we'll check your model.
Why won't my Lexus start or detect the smart key?
A flat key battery is the most common culprit, but a weak 12V battery or smart key ECU fault can also cause it. Holding the key against the start button often helps in an emergency. AutoECU can diagnose the root cause.
Can I get a spare Lexus key quicker than from the dealer?
