Mercedes-Benz questions
My Mercedes won't start and the key won't turn. Is it the steering lock?
On many Mercedes such as the W204 C-Class, W212 E-Class and Vito, the electronic steering lock is a common failure point. It can often be repaired or replaced and coded rather than replacing half the car. Contact AutoECU and we'll diagnose it.
Can you make a spare Mercedes key?
For many models with infrared and FBS3 systems, yes. FBS4 cars have much tighter security and options are more limited, so we'll check first. Send AutoECU your registration and we'll confirm.
Can you add a reversing camera or CarPlay to my Mercedes or Sprinter?
Often, yes, depending on the model, year and head unit. Retrofits usually need coding to work properly. Message AutoECU with your vehicle details and we'll advise.
