About Saab
Saab built wonderfully quirky Swedish cars with turbo engines, comfy seats and the ignition between the seats, just to keep you on your toes. The company folded in 2011, but plenty of 9-3s and 9-5s are still going strong, even if their electronics can be a bit eccentric.

Saab questions
Can I still get a new key for my Saab?
Yes, despite Saab closing, new keys can still be supplied and programmed for most 9-3 and 9-5 models. Proof of ownership is required. Call AutoECU with your registration and we'll check availability.
Why won't my Saab 9-3 start or recognise the key?
On the 9-3 Sport, a failing CIM steering column module or worn key is often responsible. Testing the spare key helps narrow it down. AutoECU can diagnose and repair it.
Can you fix the missing pixels on my Saab SID display?
SID pixel loss is a well-known Saab trait and is often repairable. We can assess the display. Contact AutoECU.
